FLY THE SKIES FOR US Missionary Flights International (MFI) is a Christian not-for-profit company who is in the service of flying missionaries and mission teams to Haiti and the Dominican Republic. They are a 40-year-old establishment that flies over 1000 hours each year, averaging 5.1 flights weekly. From his stirring challenge to serve in foreign mission work, Don Beldin met this test with a "full speed ahead" attitude. First with flying supplies to these 'remote islands', then to flying ambulance flights . . . MISSIONARY FLIGHTS INTERNATIONAL was born. MFI is also very experienced in taking care packages and cargo to the special people in these two areas who serve in some mission capacity. One of their most valued cargos from time to time is an emergency ambulance flight. Recently, a minister serving in Haiti had a heart attack and the family called on MFI to assist in getting him some medical assistance in the States. By meeting this call, a life was saved. Thank you MFI. Beacon Light Ministry is indebted to them for their service to us as our teams travel to Haiti throughout the year. From 'lending a hand' with paper work, 'lifting a box', or holding foods in freezers until flight time, these are but a few of the special ways in which they assist us.
